Terms of Service

When you book a roof  repair estimate, a small deposit is required to reserve your appointment ($99)

That deposit:

-Holds your scheduled time

-Is fully applied toward any repair work you approve

-Covers the inspection if you choose not to move forward

What you’re getting

This is a roof damage inspection and estimate only. We check for visible issues, explain what we see, and give you repair recommendations. No repairs are included unless separately quoted.

Insurance use

You’re welcome to use your inspection results for insurance claims or documentation. We don’t guarantee claim outcomes or approvals.

Scheduling

Appointment times are planned windows. We do our best to arrive on time, but weather, emergencies, or job delays can affect timing.

Access

We just need safe access to the property at the time of inspection. If we can’t access the roof or area, we may need to reschedule or consider the visit complete.

Cancellations

Please give reasonable notice if you need to cancel or reschedule. Missed appointments will forfeit the deposit.

By booking

You understand the deposit secures your time slot and applies toward work if approved, or covers the inspection if no work is done.
